Rake.

Rake was founded in 1900 and named in honor of A.A. Rake, a Norwegian who came here at age 20.  The town's slogan is "A Little Bit of Norway, A Lot of Pride". Rake also has a sister city in Norway called "Rocka". 

An annual Lutefisk Supper is held every February and began in 1975 - average attendance is 500 people - double the population of the town itself!
